During college, Katie studied dance at Cedar Crest College in Allentown, Pa and was a member of Modern A and B companies, as well as the tap and jazz companies on campus. After returning home, Katie began teaching at Creative Soles Dance Studio where she taught tap, ballet, hip hop, and dance acro as well as choreographed for their dance team. During this time, Katie also danced as a member and soloist for ECDanceCohesion, a Philadelphia-based modern dance company. Courtney Hurst - Instructor
Courtney has been taking dance classes since she was four years old. She started at a small school called Lani's Kids in her neighborhood. When that studio closed 2002, she went to McCann's School of Dance where she was trained in ballet, tap, jazz, and hip hop. She danced at McCann's until she graduated high school and then went on to dance with a student run organization called Expressions at Millersville University. While with Expressions, she had the privilege of being the campany captain, broadway jazz, and advanced jazz teacher throughout her four years all while dancing ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, lyrical, modern, and contemporary. Her favorite dance memory was going through tech rehearsals the week before the show with McCann's because they were able to rehearse their dances on stage in the Hershey theater without the costumes and lights and gave the girls a chance to watch other dances and have fun in the theater without the excitement and stresses of always being in performance mode. She is excited to be teaching dance at her home studio!
Jill Hahn - Instructor
Jill has been with McCann’s School of Dance for the last ten years in roles of both student and teacher. She was a student of ballet and jazz for seven of those years, and a teacher with Mrs. McCann for eight in both creative movement and beginning ballet. Jill grew up in Western Pennsylvania and is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania. After college, she moved to Annapolis, MD for seven years then moved to Central PA where she has been for 11 years. Jill has had the pleasure of being a stay at home mom to three daughters, all of which had or are currently attending McCann’s School of Dance. Jill brings her creativity, love of dance and theatre, and playfulness to the classroom when teaching creative movement and beginning ballet. Most of all, her training with Mrs. McCann provides continuity in fostering creativity and the love of dance for children in their beginning years at McCann’s.

Andrea Osborne - Instructor
Andrea has been dancing since she was three years old and still loves to perform today! Andrea has trained in ballet, tap, jazz, pointe, and hip-hop and competed in the Del-Mar-Va area throughout high school. Andrea jokes that she has dabbled in every style of dance except Irish dancing and clog dancing! Her performance record includes eleven dance recitals, two Boscov’s Thanksgiving Day parades, two college bowl game half time shows, and (her personal favorite) a parade in Walt Disney World. Although vet school did not allow for much dancing beyond the occasional Zumba class, Andrea has never lost the fervor for dancing that started at a young age! She is excited to be working with McCann’s School of Dance as the adult jazz instructor and looking forward to sharing her passion with other adults in the studio. When Andrea is not dancing, she works as a veterinarian, plans her next Disney trip, and hangs out with her husband, Robert, and dog, Dale!
